At the nation's annual Police Chief And Wardens Convention which happens to be located in a prison yard near Niagra Falls. Magneto , the X-men's greatest foe, disguises himself as a magician and does a show until Spidey finds him out. Magneto the magnetic villain holds the audience hostage in order to demand the release of  the Brotherhood Of Evil Mutants. Spiderman figures out that Magneto is getting a power boost from the Niagra Falls generators.  The Spider Friends finally put an end to Magneto's evil plot by using the generators to overload Magneto.
